Project Overview
(June 10, 2021 – September 27, 2021)
Located in the core of Taikoo Li Sanlitun West, this project is UNIQLO’s first Global Flagship Store in Beijing and its third in China. The store spans three floors (Levels 1–3) and represents UNIQLO’s evolving global flagship retail concept.
The project scope included façade and curtain wall structural modifications, comprehensive electrical and HVAC system upgrades, and full interior fit-out. The store was designed as a future-oriented retail space, integrating technology, culture, and sustainability to deliver an elevated customer experience.
Serving as the general contractor, SUNNY Shanghai Shengchuang Architectural Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. managed the project under a compressed 100-day schedule. The work involved multiple specialized trades, complex structural conditions, and high construction standards.
Through systematic project management and standardized construction processes, SUNNY coordinated over 20 subcontractors and material partners, ensuring efficient cross-disciplinary collaboration and on-time delivery. Strict on-site management and quality control were maintained throughout construction, resulting in a high-quality and reliable project outcome.
This project marks another successful collaboration between SUNNY and UNIQLO, reflecting a shared commitment to precision, efficiency, and long-term value in large-scale retail environments.
