We had the opportunity to deliver a full tenant improvement (TI) project for ShibuyaLA at Brea Mall, transforming the space into a vibrant and highly engaging retail environment that reflects the brand’s bold and contemporary identity.
Our scope included comprehensive construction coordination, interior build-out, and finish installation, with a strong focus on detail, quality, and schedule control. The project involved custom fixtures, lighting integration, and precise execution of design elements to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic aligned with the client’s vision.
Working within an active shopping mall environment, our team closely coordinated with mall management and multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth construction process with minimal disruption.
The result is a dynamic retail space that enhances customer experience while maintaining durability and functionality for daily operations.
